Customer Satisfaction
Our goal is to design valves that perform in severe service environments and last for many years. But this is only part of the story. Customer satisfaction is not just about the valve, it is how the valve is designed, how we engage with our customers and how we solve customer problems.
Fetterolf takes a number of measures beyond delivering a high quality functioning valve to ensure that the customer experience is a professional and gratifying one. These include:
- Assign a project engineer to each valve project in order to ensure that the customers' requirement is well understood
- Produce a customer specific design drawing and allow the customer to approve or modify it
- Finalise the design with a Final & Certified drawing
- Support the customer through installation and start-up
- Provide application specific advice and work with the customer to improve design
Fetterolf has a network of service and support services throughout the world. Even after the valve has been delivered we are happy to visit the project site and work with the customer to look for improvements.
